Note: 1. e4 e5 2. Nf3 Nc6 3. d4 exd4 4. Bc4 Bb4+ 5. c3 dxc3 6. bxc3 Bd6 (favored by Rybka) is met by 7. 0-0 Ne7 (7…Nf6 8.e5 Bxe5 9. Nxe5 Nxe5 10. Re1 Qe7 (forced; Ng4 Qxg4 +-) 11. Ba3 d6 (again forced)12. f4 and if Bg4 13. Qc1 followed by fxe5 and Nd2, with a piece for three pawns and an annoying pin on the e-file) (7…Qf6 is also played, but I don’t know the best line against it) 8. Ng5 Ne5 9. Bb3 h6 (9…Bc5 allows the following combination: 10. Bxf7+! Nxf7 11.Nxf7 Kxf7 12. Qh5+ g6 13.Qxc5 +/-) 10. f4 hxg5 11. fxe5 Bc5+ (11…Bxe5? 12. Bxf7+ Kf8 13. h4! and both captures lose material: 13…Rxh4 (13…gxh4 14. Bg5 followed by Qf3 and Be6+ forces Black to give up a piece to stop mate) 14. Bb3+ Ke8 15. Bxg5 Bh2+ (15…Rh8 16. Bf7+ Kf8 17. Be6+! Ke8 18. Qf3 dxe6 19. Qf7+ Kd7 20. Rd1+ wins) 16. Kh1 and after the rook moves, Bf7+, Bh5+, and Kxh2 winning. Best is 13…g4 but after 14. Bg5 Bf6 15. Bh5 Rxh5 16. Qxg4 Rxg5 (other rook moves moves allow e5 regaining the material and continuing the attack.) 17.hxg5 d6 18. Qh4 Nf5 19. Rxf5 Bxf5 20.gxf6 B moves 21. Qh8+, 22. Qxg7+, and 23.f7 and White is a pawn ahead with a dangerous passed pawn) 12. Kh1 regains the pawn with advantage.
