		<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>In that game Kamsky messed with 5.h3 before 5.c3!  Now after 5&#8230;c5 White can&#8217;t go into the endgame with 6.dxc5 due to Nh5! and b2 hangs with big initiative for Black.  White was worse in that game.</p>
